How do I apply for service?

You must apply in person at 5601 7th St., between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of Wednesday when we open at 9:00am.

Please make sure to bring proof of ownership/rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license.
