Greetings to all:

This message is to inform all Keyes residents a bit of good news having to do with ou r wastewater monthly billing.  Last month, the management consulting firm of Tuckfield and Associates completed a comprehensive Wastewater Rate Study for our community.  The good news is that the Study indicates that the the District has enough money to continue operating with a minimal rate increase.
