Every home owner who pays their bill on time for one year will receive their refund back by check. If you are late paying your bill your time will start over. Renters deposits stay on their account until they stop service. The outstanding balance will be taken out of the deposit and they will either get a refund or a closing bill.

Keyes Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Keyes Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
