This message is to inform all Keyes residents a bit of good news having to do with ou r water and wastewater monthly billing. Last month, the management consulting firm of Tuckfield and Associates completed a comprehensive Water and Wastewater Rate Study for our community. The good news is that the Study indicates that the the District has enough money to continue operating without any rate increases for the next five years.
The Water and Wastewater Rate Study is posted on our website for your review. If you have any questions regarding this Study, please contact me at the District Office 209-668-8341.
Sincerely,
Ernie Garza
